Artwork Requirements for Engraving and Cutting

You can either provide your own artwork or request a quote for design as well. We can work with some JPEG files, though some digitizing may be needed. Below are the specifications for submitting your design. If you have any questions, please call us.

• Vector Files:
  • EPS (Encapsulated Postscript)
  • AI (Adobe Illustrator): Ensure text is converted to outlines.
  • Corel Draw (CDR): Lines and text should be converted to curves/paths.
  • PDF: Only if the artwork is in vector format with all fonts converted to curves or outlines before saving.
• JPEG and PNG Files: Must be at least 300, 450, or 600 dpi. Lower resolutions may not yield acceptable results.
• Black and White Graphics: Artwork should not include grayscale, shading, or gradients—use solid black and white only.
• Single Color Artworks/Logos: Designs in one solid, darker color (e.g., red or blue) are usually acceptable.

Note: We can import formats such as DXF and SVG, or any other format compatible with Illustrator. Please note that laser cutting or engraving differs from printing, so our artwork requirements are specific to these processes.
